I am sending this order as a gift. Can you remove the invoice?

Because so many of our customers send items as gifts, the packing slip included in your order will not include prices. 

Invoices with prices will be sent to the purchaser's email instead after checkout.

Do you offer customised designs?

At this moment, we are only able to offer custom designs for bulk orders (at least 50 items based on product). Please contact us at for a discussion.

Will you be able to offer a bulk discount?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts when purchasing a minimum quantity of 20 units of a single item. Please write to us separately to to get in touch with us. 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. If you are living in another country, please write to us separately at to get a confirmation that we are able to ship to your country.

I received a damaged product.

Damaged or imperfect products must be unused and reported within 30 days of order to qualify for a replacement. (Eligible International orders will only be offered a credit)
