Our Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within the same day, but do allow us up to 5 days for really unusual situations. 

We do not ship out on weekends or holidays. 

On peak seasons like Easter and Christmas you may expect a slight delay due to high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Any major changes in schedule will be notified via email.

 

Shipping rates and delivery time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable.

*There may be extra costs involved to ship the products to some countries. 

Once your order leaves our facility, it may take anywhere from 1-12 weeks for your shipment arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies. All International orders are shipped via standard shipping, unless expedited is selected. The average International Order arrives in approximately 4 week. Shipping to certain countries may not be possible at this time.

Shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently do not ship to PO boxes and APO/ FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation and tracking

All confirmed orders with payment received will be notified with a confirmation via email. Please be reminded to check your junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox.

 

Customs, duties and taxes 

The Amazing Grace Co shall not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide except for Albania, Belarus, Bosnia - Herzegovina, Brazil, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Croatia, Cuba, Eritrea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Iraq, Iran, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Macedonia, Montenegro, Nigeria, Democratic Peoples Republic of (North) Korea, Russia, Russia/Kurile Islands, Serbia, Somalia, Republic of South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. Please note that actual shipping times vary depending on the country.

Our products shall be purchased in Singapore dollars (S$).

Damages

The Amazing Grace Co will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order in a damaged state, please contact us at hello.theamazinggrace@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
